Maharishi European Sidhaland

Inspired by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi,
the Maharishi European Sidhaland was established in 1980 as a Transcendental Meditation community. It is dedicated to individual enlightenment and world peace.

The community is situated in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, in the north west of England.
Membership is currently 300, including children.
Our aim is to expand to a population that enables 800 Sidhas to practise Yogic Flying™ together twice a day.

Facilities include the Maharishi Golden Dome, where we practise Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying™, the Maharishi School, a business centre, a Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre and a Sports and Arts Centre.
