National Coherence DaysNational Coherence Days in 2008 will be held on Sundays July 13, August 10, September 14, October 19 and November 16 A National Coherence Day is a one-day course for Meditators and Sidhas held once a month simultaneously at Transcendental Meditation Centres throughout the UK and in several European countries. The Benefits - Individual and CollectiveA National Coherence Day is for gaining deep rest and more profound experiences in meditation. The benefits carry into all our activities. The day includes a national conference call, with news of Maharishi's latest thinking and national and international projects. Together with many hundred Meditators and Sidhas around the country we also create a powerful 'Maharishi Effect' of coherence in national consciousness. Gathering in groups and synchronizing our Meditation and Yogic Flying multiplies this collective coherence effect compared with what we achieve when we meditate at home. National Coherence Days at Maharishi European SidhalandNational Coherence Days at the Sidhaland are especially enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, there is a full rounding programme for Meditators and Sidhas plus special attention from our course leaders. For Meditators, videotaped lectures by Maharishi are carefully chosen to be accessible. These days are also a chance to meet new and old friends, and to enjoy an organic lunch and 'walk and talk' in nearby woodlands. Sidhas particularly appreciate this unique one-day rounding opportunity, and many stay on for a few extra days to participate in the Extended Coherence Programme The cost for the whole day, including a delicious organic lunch, is £25.
