Maharishi's Message to the World Peace Parliament
"In the context of the Parliaments, I have only to emphasize a
very, very urgent need to build the Peace Palaces everywhere. In all
these 3,000 places, Peace Palaces should be built according to the Vedic
system of building, in order to house the cosmic intelligence, which
is the potential of the individual intelligence.
This urgency of the need to build quickly cannot be overemphasized.
It is very necessary for every family in the world, for every nation
in the world, for every government in the world, for their own safety
and security, to take recourse to cosmic intelligence; and do not depend
solely on the friendly relations of today, because tomorrow the big
fish may be swallowing the small fish.
The events in the world are alarming, as far as the existence, safety,
and security of any nation is concerned. So my only advice will be to
do everything day and night. Those who understand what life is, they
should do day and night, and organize to build Peace Palaces as soon
as possible. The knowledge is there, but it must be distributed from
very solid grounds of Vedic structures.
The Vedic theme of building Peace Palaces is there. It is very urgent,
and the urgency cannot be overemphasized--the need for every nation.
Those who don't know, leave them aside. But those who know, do it as
you do for your own safety and comfort--your own house building. A Peace
Palace is a common property; it is a property for everyone who wants
to live life in peace, in happiness, in freedom from problems and sickness
and suffering. And everyone wishes for that. And every family wishes
their children to enjoy that.
Therefore I can only emphasize the urgency for building Peace Palaces.
Quickly find a place--it should be a matter of a day or two for the
local people to move around and fix up that this is a proper place to
build the Peace Palace--and inform us. We will do everything from our
side, and you'll do everything from your side. Get the land, and we'll
build Peace Palaces together. But do it quickly. Do it quickly today,
before it may be too late for tomorrow. All glory to Guru Dev.
And today's message is urgency--for safety and security and for life
to be lived in proper proportion of cosmic intelligence, which everyone's
potential is. Jai Guru Dev.
And do it. Anything that can be done tomorrow should be done today.
All the dear ones who are listening to the message, act before it is
too late.

Three different Vastu arrangements for modular Peace
Palaces to fit on any available land have been developed.
Option One is for land which will fit the main
building and 7 supporting buildings of one story only, which is
more ideal. (see layout
no.1 ) LAND NEEDED is 121,968 sft=2.8 acres; (11,331 sqm=
1.12ha) This includes the land for the buildings and land for
estimated setbacks and parking.
Option Two is for a medium size land which fits
the main building and all supporting buildings. But since the
land may be restricted the smaller buildings accommodating residential
facilities will have to be of two stories (see layout
no.2 ) LAND NEEDED 78,408 sft=1.8 acres or 7,284 sqm= 0,72
ha
Option Three is for a very small piece of land
that just fits the larger Peace Palace Vastu of 212'x124' or 64.08m
x 37.26 (see layout
no.3 ) The supporting buildings will have to be located on
additional piece of land, even in another part of town. LAND NEEDED
34,848 sft= 0.8 acres or 3,237 sqm= 0.32 ha. |
