The Structure of the SidhalandThe Maharishi European Sidhaland DirectorsThere are two directors whose responsibility is to supervise the administration of the Sidhaland and link our activities here with those of the national and international TM Movement, ensuring that our community embraces all Maharishi's latest thoughts and plans. Maharishi European Sidhaland CouncilFollowing Maharishi's guidelines for the running of all Centres, the Sidhaland Council is made up of at least ten experienced Governors of the Age of Enlightenment, who collectively represent all the various important projects being pursued within the community. It is their responsibility to see that the Maharishi European Sidhaland runs smoothly and provides the services its members require. They meet on the first Saturday of each month. Any points that members wish to raise should be submitted in writing to Reception in the Dome, one week in advance. The names of the Council members are displayed in the Dome foyer. Community AssembliesAll major issues in the running of the Maharishi European Sidhaland are submitted for wider discussion at Community Assemblies. These now take place from time to time and provide a forum for many valuable suggestions and ideas to be put forward. Working parties and action groups are formed to implement proposals.
